Bodegas Canopy is located in the town of Camarena, 40 kilometers from Toledo and 70 kilometers from Madrid.
This makes it easy to visit from Toledo and nearby Madrid.
It is during the harvest season when all our efforts bear fruit.

It is in the different stages of the harvest, such as the two selection processes that we carry out—one
at the vineyard and another one when the grapes arrive at the winery—, when we actually start making our wines.
We crush the grapes in small 1,500-liter vats to extract all the aromas and nuances in the gentlest way possible.
This is the origin of Canopy wines.
Throughout this entire process, respect for the primary material is at the forefront,
which is why we do not add any additives.
